- Join us for a week-long expedition to explore Paris through the lens of the visual arts and your own creative energy.
- Reflect, explore, question and find inspiration in a city celebrated for its arts, in the company of a small band of kindred spirits.

Sample Day
9 am - noon: Visit an internationally known artist in her atelier. We'll see examples of her work, and learn about her process.
noon - 1:30 pm: We'll explore a new neighborhood as we look for a delicious baguette sandwich or a croque monsieur for lunch today.
1:30 - 5 pm: Visit Centre Pompidou, the city's stunning modern art museum. Experience the museum at your own pace, then join your companions in the museum café to share observations and inspirations.
5 - 8 pm: Free time, to rest, reflect or view more of the museum's collection.
8 - 10 pm: Dine on the Champs-Elysées and stroll down the avenue under the lights. There are lots of great restaurants, and we'll help you choose.
Expedition Leaders
Karen Kane owns Paris by Design, a travel consulting service that specializes in one-of-a-kind trips to Paris. A former Paris resident, Karen will introduce you to people and places you would have missed on your own. She'll give you the inside scoop on Paris culture, introduce you to local businesswomen and artists, and help you focus on the beauty of the city without getting lost. Karen has created fantastic Paris expeditions for dancers and jazz musicians, family groups, and travelers of all ages.
Judy Warriner Walke is an organization development consultant, with an undergraduate degree in art history and over 25 years facilitating the work of groups and organizations of all kinds, including women starting businesses. She'll create and tailor experiential activities and pose provocative questions to help invite your thoughts and awareness. She'll help you take advantage of the creativity of the group, to explore new options and see new ways to use the information and insights you are gaining.
